Mashari Laila Bain and Ci Ci Foster both acted for years in Chicago,  but it wasn’t until September of 2007 when these creative souls met for the first time at a photo shoot in Los Angeles. In a town full of facades and superficiality it was refreshing for them to discover that they shared a similar vision and passion for their craft. What started off as simple conversations about their industry challenges branched into a deep desire to create a vehicle for them to expand the opportunities for all women and actors of color. It was time for a change and Flower Goddess Productions was born.

Flower Goddess Productions is dedicated to developing and highlighting strong roles for women and actors of color. Our mission is to provide a platform for rising actors, screenwriters, and other entertainment professionals to create projects that are a unique and candid reflection of the human experience.
